  I have known Mark for at least 30 years. He’s one of the hardest workers I have ever known. As honest as they come and does what ever it takes to get the job done. I recently sold my mom’s house after her passing. He did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend him.

  Mark is the consummate professional . He knows his business inside and out, and he effectively applies that knowledge to his clients’ advantage. He went way above and beyond in the recent sale of my late mother-in-law’s house. Most notably, my husband and I live out of state, and were dreading the process of preparing the house for sale —we shouldn’t have worried because Mark took on a bunch of extra projects, large and small, to get the job done. Most importantly, though, Mark successfully found us a qualified buyer with a solid offer in what is clearly a challenging real estate market. I highly recommend Mark to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. He’s a great person to work with, and, wow, does he know his stuff!!

  I’ve been working with Mark Valerien for years now, and I honestly can’t recommend him enough. Whether buying or selling, he’s always made the process smooth, stress-free, and (somehow) enjoyable. He is super responsive, and genuinely cares about his clients. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and down-to-earth in real estate. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!
