  There’s a family in Kansas City that has grossly violated me. I had one son secretly record me having sex on his parents property. He claimed it was his own. All the other son took footage from that video and then slandered me online. I’ve reached out to their attorney on multiple occasions. I was already told that he(Mark) was going to make me look very stupid if I try to pursue any legal action against them. Well, he won’t even respond to me. I’m OK with looking stupid. The Cunningham‘s have extremely violated my life in a major way. And aren’t even apologetic. It’s very insulting that their lawyer won’t respond to me either. More details to come soon. Thanks! I’ve never in my life been wronged in such a way. I shouldn’t have to have a $10,000 lawyer to deal with being violated civilly and criminally. It is also a crime to knowingly produce false information about criminal activity, then post online. The other brother accuse me of breaking into their property and posted it on stolen KC. Even though we knew each other. He asked that I be identified. Which I immediately was in front of the whole entire metropolitan KC area. Here’s the kicker. All I wanted them to do was say that the post was false. I wanted him to say that he publicly lied. He refused. Told me it’s not his problem basically. To get over it. It’s unfortunate that both of these brothers actually are employed by the same person. I can only imagine the chaos that goes down there.   I have been fighting a traffic issue since January. Everyone I spoke with told me to use Mark Ferguson. I met him, and trusted his advice from the get go. Over all of this time, I have always been called and mailed letters letting me know of the progress of my case. Everyone in his office is kind and full of information. Today I won my case with the help of he and Ashley!!!! I would recommend this law firm to everyone I know.
