I worked with Jenn when my auto insurance increased substantially with my agency that I’d been with for over 10 years. There were no claims to justify the increase. Jenn work up a policy for my condo and auto that came in under the cost of what I had. We are now purchasing a new home 30miles away and we have decided to stay with State Farm over the other agencies I got estimates from. I appreciate her knowledge and friendly service. I usually transfer my policies to a local agency for my convenience but at this point I’m planning on leaving them with this agency.
