I called customer service for days and nobody helped me. Then one morning I got a lovely lady on the phone named Rolanda in customer service.
She was so kind and had compassion. She educated me on my bill and gave me strength to carry on with the day. I had a rough week and she was very kind to me, encouraged me to keep going. Thank you

The main reason I’m happy to be leaving Marietta 🥁 🥁 :
To not be dealing with this evil power company anymore. Absolutely disgraceful practice. On the day of move out (today, September 30th) as we’re moving out, they decide to cut the power off at 9:00 AM in the morning. Are you actually kidding me?
Their practice is malicious, their business is sketchy, and they’re just crooked as hell.
To anyone moving moving to Marietta and dealing with this company, I wish you the best of luck. They’ve been absolutely nothing but a nightmare

My bill randomly doubled last month and then went back down, but I cannot get anyone on the phone to explain why. If you enter your number for a call back, no one calls you back. I have been trying to reach someone for two weeks straight. This morning I called at 7:59, pressed 0 right at 8:00 to reach a representative, and it said I was only one call away—yet I have already been on hold for over 10 minutes. It feels like they are intentionally avoiding calls. Worst customer service I have ever received...
New homeowner so I set up an account recently. I found 2 emails in my spam with my first 2 bill amounts. There are a ton of moving parts in a move so I didn’t catch that we hadn’t paid a power bill yet. This morning they came by and shut my power off and charged an additional $100 for it. Prior to this they did not send an email or physical letter following up on the 2 late bills, or call to advise that I could have my power shut off. I’m accountable for the bill and paid immediately but they could have put an ounce of effort into letting me know the severity of my account status.

They are upgrading the underground power lines in my neighborhood, which under normal circumstances would be fantastic! However, they are doing so without any form of a written notice, email, letter, or phone call to let us know. They have outsourced the labor to another company who ALSO didn’t inform us that would be digging up several trenches on our property and other neighbors’ as well. This act of “doing business” is completely unprofessional and rude. Worst power company ever!
