  I received a couple of bills about a month apart which included the new billing system. Your agent did an excellent job explaining in detail what I needed to pay today and in future billings. The confusion was the split amounts of one vehicle. Alejandra was very informative and ensured auto payments would be made in the future. Mariana, please thank her for her patience with some of my confusion and concerns.
