Very satisfied on how Jacob took his time to explain to me on how these policies work the moment I went in I felt very comfortable wasn’t pressured to do anything. I was still on the fence. Didn’t know how to take this insurance thing so I left still confused. Didn’t know what to do.I came back because I like the way he treated me made me feel like I was important I went back-and-forth for like three days and still was treated very kindly when I came back with to finalize my paperwork Jacob is a great people person.
