However the quality of both food and service has declined recently and the crust has become tough and chewy. We also like to get charcuterie boards, but the last one we got came with only a few loose crackers. When we asked for an appropriate amount of crackers, we were charged extra without being told. It feels like the business is being cheap and let a bad impression. I also reached out to the restaurant about this issue through two separate platforms and did not receive a response.
