Most efficient practice I have seen in 15 years. They work like a well oiled machine. Everyone is pleasant and professional. They all smile when moving thru the office and are caring and most of all timely. Dr Ravits is AMAZING and so knowledgeable and listens to you and lets you explain why you are there. In my experience there wasn’t any interruption and very punctual. Also the waiting room had patients who have been going to Dr. Ravits for years. You don’t feel like you’re being pushed thru. Dr. Ravits is AMAZING AND HER STAFF SHINES WITH HER.

Dr Margaret Kravitz found what was causing me to have a terrible rash over most of my body . This was after going to many other doctors of many specialities who had no idea. Dr. Kravitz didn’t give up until she figured out what was causing the rash. She is always available for any questions and always makes sure to accommodate me. Dr Ravitz goes above and beyond to get back to her patients promptly . I feel certain that she really cares about me and is not in it just for the money. Can’t imagine that there is a better dermotologist than Dr Kravitz. Thank you Dr Kravitz and your wonderful staff!

PA Walsh is great! She is very compassionate, thorough, and kind. She makes time for her patients and makes sure that they are always comfortable and understand everything she discusses. The only point of feedback for this practice is the attitude of, what I assume to be, a medical assistant. Christine was not very welcoming or polite with myself or the patient I was accompanying. PA Walsh allowed me to stand and comfort the patient at our last visit, but Christine barked at me to sit like I was a dog taking orders. Very rude and unprofessional. She also inserts herself in conversations that did not include her. As we checked out with the kind receptionist, she interjected with an unhelpful comment and the receptionist was polite enough to correct her. We love the medical staff and receptionist here, however we were a bit turned off by the MA’s behavior and attitude. Everyone has bad days, but when you work in medical care, you leave that at the door and put your patient first no matter what.
