I switched from State Farm to a different insurance company about a year ago, as State Farm kept raising my rates slowly over time without telling me. Over a year, I went from $60/mo to almost $120/mo, with no accidents, claims, or changes, and no explanation as to why.
Since I switched, the contact I have received from Margaret Hopkins has bordered on harassment. I have received dozens upon dozens of calls, texts, emails, and letters. I have responded to all of them by telling them to stop contacting me, and yet, the attempts are absolutely endless. I have blocked numbers - they somehow call/text from new ones. I have returned mail. I have responded to emails in giant, bold letters, asking them to stop contacting me. This office does NOT take no for an answer.
