  huge shoutout to marcie’s in sparta, wi—our eli can be difficult with both people and grooming, but he got an amazing report card and a makeover! he looked twice as good as when we dropped him off 😉🧼 highly recommend marcie’s and can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond!

  Took my dog to be groomed, groomer ca.me out and explained everything to me. The dog was way cute when she brought him out.

  I’m am disappointed to say the least. I am not usually the person to leave reviews but would like to share. My dog is very timid around other dogs, due to an attack a year ago. She has gone through multiple training sessions and still is not thrilled about other dogs. Informing the staff about her shy behavior towards other dogs, I asked that during her over night kennel stay she would be housed separately and not attend doggy daycare. Against my better judgement they informed me she would be attending doggy daycare and was pulled using a leash into the area (due to my dog not wanting to go). With little to no surprise, I received a report from the doggy day care attendant saying she was “anxious” and “overwhelmed”. This bothered me. Understanding I should have stood up for her, and not let her go to doggy daycare, I am deeply disappointed that I felt I was not listened to. To make matters more upsetting, she now has kennel cough. Knowing she has not been around any other dogs, or been in a facility to catch this airborne virus from other animals, I know for almost certain it came from Marcie’s Pet Spa. While also recognizing staffs personable characteristics, the good reputation in the community, and communication ….it still doesn’t downplay the lack of advocation and accountability demonstrated by staff in my situation. US PET OWNERS KNOW OUR PETS THE BEST!! Advocate for them!
