They answered all our questions with vinyl/laminate/wood comparisons and were very patient with us bringing so many floor samples home. Installation was great and the luxury vinyl planks look awesome. We’ll certainly use Marchio again in the near future when we replace carpet in a few rooms.

It felt like we couldn’t trust what we were being told, which made the entire process stressful. The way they handle business is extremely unprofessional, and we would never use them or recommend them to anyone.
- DSdavid stadenJul 14, 20251.0Jordan was terrific in the beginning, but when a problem arose, his tone changed and while everything that was promised was delivered, the toilet had no caulk done around after reseal and another plumber had to come and correct. And Jordan did his best to blame me. Never followed up on the cracking our dishwasher plate as well. While The work men were courteous, honest and respectful, my taste is sour after what has happened and I will never go back to this place… ever! Very dissatisfied and disappointed!
