I took two rings in for repair, one was sterling silver and small diamonds, which had a missing stone and gallery crack just above the band. The jewelers were able to repair the cracks and stabilize the ring and replace the missing stone. Ring looks amazing polished and cleaned The second ring was a 14kt gold ring that someone had leaded the band to make it smaller, and while it was a long shot to polish off the lead and not damage the band, their jeweler inspected it, and decided he could do the work. He was able to remove all lead and traces, and polished the band and there’s no damage or traces. Absolutely 1000% recommend this group of professionals from the knowledgeable front end staff to the amazing jewelers working behind the counter to ensure everything is perfect.
