What I DID mind was being automatically invoiced for an additional month, even though I followed all of their rules of notification. Their choice is to invoice anyway and leave it to me to be diligent. Luckily I caught it. Fix your system so you aren't repeatedly ripping people off!
- MNMichelle NicoleApr 27, 20211.0ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!! I lived in southern palms off southern and country club for 9 months. At the time I lived there, I had a pretty great experience. When something came up, things were always taken care of. Dawn was in charge. Now that my father is moving into the park, management has changed and we can’t seem to get anyone to answer calls or emails! I am very disappointed in how they are since changing hands. If I could give zero stars I would. There is one person in particular that has done us wrong! His initials are JM!
