  I didn’t get my sprinklers turned on last year because they couldn’t keep an appointment they scheduled with me. I schedule again in the fall to have them start our system in the spring. They did not come either the time they changed it nor the time I had initially scheduled. They must have too much business.

  Steve and crew are always responsive. Old systems will have problems and need periodic maintenance or replacement. I've never had an issue when I've called for service.

  Never had problem woth them before this past spring start up. Apparently I needed 2 heads and 2 rotors replaced. I asked how much...the guy said 75.00 and so I okayed it. 77.00 for service and 75.00 for replacement parts. I get the bill and there is 118.00 added to the bill for labor...sometjing NO ONE mentioned at time of service.mind u the 2 guys were at my house for exactly 70 mins...all for a big fat bill. Beware of them not telling u that they have a labor charge on top of replacement parts. Should have told me in first place. Called and nice lady said she will make her service guys aware of not giving prices or that labor is also added. Smh. Feeling ripped off
