Although HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) has garnered popularity in the studio fitness realm, it is a derivative of the original interval training from traditional boxing. At Mansfield Boxing Club (MBC), members can have a fitness class experience while learning the concepts and mechanics of the sport of boxing. Burn calories, build strength, and improve agility while learning the footwork and punches of a boxer. No prior experience is needed – just bring your fighting spirit.
This is a great supportive environment to get in better shape, learn boxing and stay fit! The coach Seila is very knowledgeable and welcoming to all skill levels. Equipment is provided which is nice and plenty of different punching bags available. Also lots of different class times which is perfect for different schedules

This gym is my home away from home. It isn't just a place to go to learn and to improve my skill sets... it's a community... one that I feel honored to be a part of. I can go in feeling out-of-step about my day, and leave feeling totally rejuvenated... physically, mentally, and emotionally. Finding the gym and Seila has greatly impacted my life in a positive way.
