Enjoyed my stay! So much so I came back and brought my best friend to live with me! Management was very attentive and quick to remedy any issues experienced at the property!

I have loved my experience at Manor House after several years. The apartments are beautiful and charming, and management is kind and responsive. Del Ray is a terrific neighborhood to live in as well.

We have fallen hard and fast for our new apartment! We absolutely love it here! It’s beautiful. The property manager is very helpful and responsive to any and all concerns. We would recommend living here 1,000 times over.

I lived at Manor House from 2022 to 2025. It's a great building, neighborhood, and has great management staff. My only issue is that it got quite pricy ($2,100 for a one bedroom though it's more of a reflection of the times than anything). If you want to live in a quite, well maintained building, then this place is for you.

I was a frequent guest at Manor House, and I am astonished by how NON “pet friendly” they are. They have cameras around the building and will take photos of your dog peeing on the mulch or grass anywhere around the building. They expect you to somehow stop your dog from peeing until you’re completely off their property and in a small lot well behind the two buildings. If they catch your dog peeing on their grass they will threaten your lease. God forbid your dog uses the restroom OUTSIDE. The communal laundry room is a mess and tenants often take each other’s time slots.
If you’re a dog owner, or just someone who expects clear communication and fair treatment from management, look elsewhere. The rules here are inconsistent and feel like they’re being made up on the fly. What kind of pet-friendly apartment puts you on a 3 month probation after you’ve lived there for 3 years for your DOG PEEING IN THE GRASS
