  I had Mannys eastern Iowa roofing and construction put a new flat roof on and do some gutter work and gutter guards. His crew did a fantastic job and were very courteous and did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. If you’re looking for a great contractor give Manny a call you won’t regret it, thanks Manny!

  I received a quote, waited for someone to let me know when they would come to have papers signed to start the work and no one ever called. I tried reaching out via phone and email with no response. The work I needed done couldn't wait due to winter temps approaching. A courtesy email or phone call/text to let me know that they would not be fulfilling the work would have been appreciated so I could find someone else.

  Had Manny & crew come over & put new siding, fascia, soffett, and gutters on my house. I could not be more pleased! Manny was friendly & professional. They were on the job in the middle of December & finished before Christmas. They cleaned up after their selves every day, something many do not do anymore. Old work ethic! While other roofing/siding companies tried to squeeze every penny of my insurance money from the Derecho, Manny was fair & honest coming 1000's of dollars under some very greedy/unscrupulous siding/roofing contractors that gave me bids. I liked Manny so much & his work I am having him come back this spring to do more work for me. Cannot recommend Manny more!!!

  Manny gave us a good quote, worked with our insurance adjuster, secured the brand and color of shingles we requested and got us on his schedule in a short amount of time. His team did a high quality tear off and install of new shingles. They were efficient and cleaned up so well around our home you couldn’t tell they had been here, except for the great looking new roof. They are local to the Cedar Rapids area and I highly recommend them.
