Adam (their glass guy) is the most respectful and customer service driven person I've worked with in the space. Troy (one of the technicians) found a cheaper alternative than what was first proposed to benefit me as a customer. Cristal (in estimates) asked him to join her in evaluating a dent on my car to make sure she wasn't overcharging me. That builds trust! Brian Birch (the Manager) is well regarded by his staff and is a stand up guy. Highly recommend this Team!

No note. đ I searched âbody shops in Cedarburgâ and read great reviews at Manderâs on Highway 60. (YES, REVIEWS MATTER !) I took it in today, without an appointment, just to have them look and ballpark an estimate for repair. Brian came right out, looked it over and asked Troy to come out to see if it could be popped back into place. It wasnât an âeasy popâ but Troy managed to get the job done with a couple of tools in under 5 minutes. And they wouldnât accept money from me! So while the Good People in This World might not be the ones bumping your car and not leaving a note in the Costco parking lot, they ARE working at Manderâs on Highway 60 in Cedarburg. What a wonderful experience, restoring my faith in good people and good business. I would highly commend and recommend Brian and Troy.
