  My stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Boston was nothing short of exceptional. I stayed for my birthday with my partner, and from the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. The concierge greeted me warmly with a birthday wish, and I was delighted to find a fresh chocolate birthday cake waiting in our room. The spa treatment was outstanding — my therapist tailored the massage perfectly to my needs. The following morning, I was surprised with an exquisite in-room breakfast featuring Maine lobster Benedict and French toast. Every detail, from start to finish, made the experience truly unforgettable.

  I can’t say enough good things about the Mandarin Oriental Boston Hotel. While the property is stunning, it’s truly the people and thoughtfulness that makes the experience special. The team always goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, answer any questions you may have, and just check in with you to ask how your day is going. There’s nowhere I would rather stay!

  If you’re looking for a special couples/date night, then a couples massage at the Spa at the Mandarin Oriental is your place. The spa is on the 4th floor of the hotel and from the moment you walk in the door it feels like a different world. Your experience starts at check-in where the front desk staff greets you and it continues through the changing rooms to the “relaxation room” where you’ll wait for your massage therapist. My wife & I met up in the couples room where each of our therapists took the time to ask about our individual needs. My therapist was awesome! She made sure to check in with me during the massage and adjusted the pressure as she went along. After the session, my wife was so impressed with the body wash in the showers that she picked up a bottle for home at the little gift shop at check-out. This was a great way to celebrate our anniversary and we’re planning on making a visit to the Spa an annual event. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience!

  After several visits to the Spa at the Mandarin Oriental, I need to tell others about how great it is! From the moment you walk in the doors, you begin to feel the stress melt away. The entire environment is designed to support relaxation. From check-in to the changing rooms, and relaxation areas, you transition to a more relaxed and open mindset. The actual treatments… are amazing! The products in the treatment room are luxurious and smell amazing. The staff is attentive and professional, customizing each experience to the client’s needs. It is apparent that they really care about what they do and are dedicated to making every client feel special. In my opinion, this is definitely the best Spa in Boston.

  We recently just completed 5 days in Boston and Salem. We stayed at the mandarin for three of them were spent at this hotel. From the second we were welcomed in until the second we were taken to the airport we received nothing short of impeccable service. We stayed in a back bay corner suite, as well as the presidential suite and had three additional king rooms for our group - each room was spacious, well appointed, and had everything we needed and wanted. The house keepers, Concerige’s, doormen and bellman all truly went above and beyond for our group- even the room service staff was great. The spa and fitness centers were wonderful. Our only complaint was the onsite restaurant which was ramsays kitchen was mediocre at best which also does their room service- food was bland, overpriced, and the restaurant itself might as well have been a Chili’s - outside of that we loved everything and can’t wait to come back and experience this hotel again!
