  One of the nicest cafes in terms of ambience in Princeton, since it gets a lot of light and it is spacious. Pastries are fun and different from other shops around Princeton. Sometimes they are not as fresh depending on time of day, but that happens.

  Delicious food. Me and my husband have been here twice already, and shall be returning more often as we still have to try everything on the menu. The salmon sandwich and the sunrise are absolutely scrumptious! Make sure to try the limited Martha Stewart items as well; the harvest tart was so flavorful, and the honey butter latte warmed my soul 👍🏻👍🏻

  We were just passing through and stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant what a wonderful surprise! The service was warm and attentive, and the quality of the food was absolutely delicious. Thank you, Maaman, for such a memorable dining experience!

  Love Maman Princeton! Servers are on top of it and friendly, esp Anibal. We love having breakfast there - real food plates/mugs etc. a cozy French cafe atmosphere. Great menu options - something for everyone. Tip: Sundays free parking in front 8-1pm

  Maman has a lovely, cozy decor with plenty of space and a warm, friendly staff. It’s a nice spot to hang out or grab a bite. The food was decent, but I wasn’t a fan of the cappuccino, just not quite to my taste. Still, worth a visit for the atmosphere and service.
