Pretty place and nice decoration but the manager provided terrible service, we stood in line for 15! Minutes to place the order while we watched her serve drinks.
The food was so so too definitely not worth the wait and the bad service.
I ordered the Matcha and the Chicken Salad Sandwich. I specifically asked for no bacon for religious reasons. Which should have been taken seriously like an allergy would and gloves should have been changed and work station should have been cleaned. If this isn't possible customer should be informed when placing the order. When my sandwich arrived, I double-checked and found a piece of bacon tucked between the apple and lettuce. When I brought it back, the staff didn’t apologize and insisted it wasn’t bacon but a piece of “toast” — even though it was clearly darker and had fat on it. They eventually remade the sandwich, but it took a while, and by the time I got mine, my friend had already finished eating. On the bright side, the pumpkin matcha was really good — the pumpkin sauce tasted natural and not artificial.

I tried it in New York, and it was awesome, but the one in Aventura isn't the same. The people are great, but they only do table service on weekends, it's too loud inside, and the food was way too salty. I hope they fix it because I'd love to keep going there.
I visited this new coffee shop and really enjoyed the experience. The atmosphere is cozy, calm, and not noisy — perfect for sitting down and relaxing. The prices are reasonable, and I liked the coffee I tried (the flat white was very good). The sandwich was tasty, although the bread was too hard to bite into. The staff was friendly, and the service was attentive. Overall, a great spot in Aventura for brunch or just enjoying a nice cup of coffee.
We visited a day prior and had a fine experience. My daughter enjoyed her croissant, my latte wasn’t something I’d order again, it was fine. The smoked salmon croissant was pretty good.
Decided to visit again today as I wanted to try their fall items. We were directed to sit at a table and was told someone would come take our order. We waited for 20 minutes before someone came to take our order.
I asked for water with our items. It was never brought. After another 20 minutes they brought one drink (which was absolutely undrinkable, don’t order the frozen matcha, tastes like plastic), they brought another drink incorrect and never brought out the correct one. We ordered a bakery item, was never brought. We’re still waiting on our food… and at this point I was ready to go as it had been nearly an hour since we walked in. I asked for our order to be cancelled. The girl didn’t know how and said to wait. After 5 more minutes and a starving child we asked to leave again and cancel the order. And told again to wait. The food came at this point but we were packed to go. And the server offered no apologies or anything upon our departure. The avocado tartine looked disappointing and the harvest tart was charred. So thankfully we decided we were leaving. But on top of the lack of apologies, we weren’t even offered to take our food to go, my drink was still never brought out nor the bakery item. Was very disappointed in this place after having a fine experience the day prior. We definitely won’t be returning. Very unfortunate, very poor experience for such a cute place.
