  Melina is an amazing realtor! She made the entire process of buying my home go so smooth from start to finish. Her and her team were on top of everything and made it stress free. What I appreciate most about Melina is that she’s straightforward, she tells you everything upfront, no sugarcoating, NO filter, just honesty. She’s cut and dry in the best way possible and truly has your best interest at heart. She’s incredibly responsive even if she’s on vacation anywhere in the world, she’ll get back to you within minutes, if not seconds. That just shows how dedicated she is to her clients. I wouldn’t trade her for another realtor. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! Melina is the best of the west 🤙

  Kellee was absolutely amazing in helping us sell our property in Sun City. We live out of state and the house had been a rental for many years. She was able to handle everything for us including staging, renovation, and repairs. This sale also was a bit more complicated in that the house was in an LLC, owned by a trust, and sold using a 1031 exchange. Kellee was familiar and competent with all of that and put a team together to handle everything. We also closed on time at a good price. If you need a realtor I would look no further than Kellee Malone. I could not be more pleased with her services.

  We were so lucky to have found and worked with Toshimi Minami. We initially were looking in Temecula and he was amazing in his knowledge of the area and properties. He does his research about the houses and found us what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the reality of the drive from Temecula to Fountain Valley for work was seen as unsustainable. Without flinching or batting an eye, Toshimi then helped us to look all over Orange County. His drive was long, but he did it without complaint. He showed us many different properties and was able to answer all the questions we had, and even provided info we didn't know to ask about. Toshimi has a good eye for detail and spotted issues where we may have overlooked them and was able to explain what would need work, how to do it, and an approximation to get it done. In the end, we found a perfect house and with his help, negotiated the best price we could. Toshimi went beyond in helping with insurance (fire issues were hard to get around) and made the buying process easy by keeping on top of the seller's agent to keep things moving forward. He truly cares about his clients. He went beyond expectations and made the stress of buying a home a little easier. I would use him again and again. I fully recommend him to anyone who is looking in the Southern California Area!
