The technician said there was multiple things wrong with our a/c unit and it would cost over 1537 dollars. There was no communication from the dispatcher for about a week. I was told that the part had to be ordered then found out it was in stock all along. That was the tipping point. I called another company for a quote to make sure I wasn’t being ripped off or taken advantage off. Sure enough my instincts were right. The circuit board did not need to be replaced and the whole repair took 10 minutes for the other company. It was also 1200 dollars cheaper. Malek was trying to take advantage of me and drain more money out of me. This is not the first instance of something like this. I had a plumbing matter back in February and they quoted me 3500 for a valve replacement on a sprinkler system. I called another plumber at another company and they did it for 175. Same exact repair for 3300 less. Unbelievable they would take advantage of people in the time of urgent repairs. I will never ever use them again and will be cancelling my monthly service with them. Do not ever do business with these people. They are frauds and money hungry people. Shop around and stay away from Malek. Hope this helps you out and don’t fall for what I almost did. Luckily I am patient enough to shop around and go with my instincts.

Also, I signed up for a maintenance plan and they just used it to try to scare me into additional, unrelated work. I regret having put my trust in this company. (And I have contacted you about it already. Y'all should be ashamed.)
