  This place is amazing. I had two necklaces in a giant knot. I tried for days to untangle myself. I have never bought anything from here and they untangled them for me, same day at no charge. Great customer service! When it’s time to buy something i will definitely be coming here. Thank you!!!

  Had a great experience with Malak Jewelers. We had issues with a previous setting from another jeweler and chose to get a new one at Malak. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process. The setting is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. We can’t wait to use Malak again in the future!

  ⚠️ Beware! My girlfriend and I have dealt with this place several times, and every time we’ve left, we’ve felt taken advantage of. This last visit, we actually caught the owner in the act of trying to get over on us. He talks very fast and throws out multiple options to confuse you, then suddenly offers a deal that’s higher than what was originally discussed. By that point, your head is spinning with so many numbers that you start to second-guess yourself — and he insists it’s a good deal while pushing you to move forward. If you ask questions, he’ll answer them — but somehow, the price keeps going up. I caught on to what he was doing because it’s so ingrained in him; he’s been doing it so long that it comes naturally. When I confronted him, he stood firm and wouldn’t make it right. My girlfriend and I told him that if he didn’t fix it, we’d never come back — and he was fine with that. He just kept talking about how great he is. We walked out and will never return. Also, take note: this business supposedly has over 2,000 five-star reviews and not a single bad one. That’s a red flag. Companies can (and do) pay to have negative reviews removed. I run a business myself, and I know because I get calls and emails offering the same service. This place has been open for around ten years, and no business can realistically have a spotless record that long. Bottom line: Be careful — something doesn’t add up here.

  I recently visited Malak Jewelers after a recommendation, and I am SO glad I did. I came in wanting my ring redesigned and reset, and they brought my exact vision to life. The entire appointment took less than an hour, and their pricing was extremely fair compared to other jewelers I’ve worked with or gotten quotes from. The craftsmanship is beautiful, the customer service was great, and the whole process was stress-free. I’ll be buying all of my jewelry here from now on. Highly recommend!

  Extraordinary experience! I came into the store with unrealistic expectations, Including walking out with exactly what I wanted that day. I was looking for a very specific ring, because my plans just moved up by a week Sam totally focused in on the ring And my budget, I couldn’t be happier that he found exactly what I described! Exactly. Later the same day I gave the ring to my wife She went down, got it fitted the same day And had the ring on her finger Within three hours-now that’s service- all in the same day! I still can’t believe it! Sam was a pleasure to work with and he truly made me look like a hero!! I deeply appreciate Sam’s and the Malak Efforts I still can’t believe How Sam made everything go perfectly! I am so thankful.
