  I have been using Makeover Construction for the past 15 years. I found the work to be done to my specifications and promptly completed. As a realtor, I have been recommending them to my clients, who keep using them again and again. Julio (the owner) is honest and reasonable when it comes to price and changes that the homeowners requests. The work is well done, and if something does not satisfy me or my clients, they will fix or redo without any hesitation. My bathroom renovation was amazing. It was planned by an architect, but Julio recommended a change, which was very logical. My heated floors and super shower are perfect. They all know what they are doing. I recently asked Julio to help my elderly neighbor with a smoke detector, he sent his electrician, fixed the issue at no cost.  He is a real mench! I always enjoy dealing with him.

  My experience with makeover construction has been nothing but pure happiness. they have tackled several projects in my home. even came out for an emergency for me when i was out of town. Julio and his crew go above and beyond. i thank them for everything

  I can’t tell you what I’ve been through with the house we bought back in 2022 and just how I wouldn’t still be living in it if not for Julio and his team. I don’t think there’s a single part of this house he hasn’t touched - and he has been there for me for over 2 years of break downs and tears just listening and assuring me it’s fixable! You really have no idea how they have not only been contractors - but therapists! I’ll highlight one of many, many stories. When we bought this house it leaked terribly. TERRIBLY. Julio worked with us for a year trying to figure out where the water was coming from - we tore down walls and put up new ones and fixed termite damage and got up on roofs and everything until we finally figured out that there was no flashing between my house and the neighbors house. Big problem though - the neighbor had a roof deck and we couldn’t actually access that part of my roof to fix it! Julio regularly met with me AND my neighbor to walk her through what was happening and show her that she also had leaks that her tenants weren’t notifying her of. He was smart and gentle with her. She eventually saw the problem and agreed to remove the roof deck and we replaced our roof and she replaced her roof. It was all because Julio was able to communicate with her the urgency and the solution - which I never would have been able to do without him. She appreciated him so much she used him to replace her roof and damaged walls as well! The amount of time Julio devoted to my house that year was just amazing. I am so appreciative. And the fact that he didn’t charge me $100 an hour for therapy is shocking! I can’t express how much I appreciate this company - but I can express how dry my house is!!!!

  We have used Julio for everything from gutter cleaning to drywall work to painting to even finding our water meter. He has been a lifesaver and we will continue to use him for everything.
