    OK, so first visual experience the grass is not mowed around the carts there’s trees going growing in the vehicles sledge in the seats. It’s all outdoor not put up. Golf carts are very weathered. Golf Carts are left in all weather , no respect but they want you to pay 7000 on average further golf carts . Their leather seats are torn. There’s grass growing everywhere out of the seats. No one came to say hey how are you doing? You want to check some golf carts out even though the sign said open.Trash…. I am very happy that no one helped us out we have found a much more reputable person to buy golf cards from.

    We got to Majestic rides and no one was there. The open sign was on but, when I went to the door there was a note, "be back soon." My husband and I looked around for a while and after about 30 minutes I called and the man he would be back in about 30 minutes. We shopped some more and waited. We found one we were very interested in. We waited more than 45 minutes and we left. If that is an example of Majestic rides customer service , we'll pass.

    We bought a 2012 Yamaha golf cart from Majestic Ridez and the overall experience was great. Very helpful and informative staff. Highly recommended!

    I wouldn’t even give him a 1 star but had to in order to write a review. The owner Eric is a crook!! I would never advise anyone to go there for anything. We bought a golf cart from him. Needless to say it was a lemon. When we first got it and brought it home we discovered the belt kept slipping. Call the owner Eric to let him know. He responded with he would send us one in the mail. Weeks went by called him back and said it was on back order gave it a few more weeks he said he already sent it in the mail waited another week he hadn’t even sent the belt. So we bought our own belt so we could ride our cart. So a month or so goes by starts needing oil added to it, smoking, back firing, you name it. Then the cart starts smelling of gas and getting really hot and discover the air filter had caught fire and the casing melted. Took the cart to Eric and he said he would have it done in 2 weeks. 2 weeks goes by cart still isn’t done. Wait another week he promises it will be done. Call him again the cart still wasn’t done. We decided to pick the cart up they hadn’t even touched the cart the entire month it was there. Mind you it is still under warranty and we have to fix it outselves because this guy is a total CROOK!!!! When we went to pick it up he had it on the side of the road and his mechanic stated the cart is to be taken off the premises!! Bad business all the way around. Sure goes to show you just how people really are, big lesson learned here at Majestic Ridez..
