  I’d like to thank Majestic Distributing, and in particular Ben for the outstanding support in product selection and guidance on my fire pit and planter garden project. He also assisted me in sourcing an excellent contractor. My patio looks marvelous and is the inspiration for the newly built Naperville IL, neighborhood. If you need professional fireplace assistance, Majestic’s is the place to go!!

  Salesman Ben was knowledgeable of the products in the showroom, patient with my many questions, available by text too. He made a home visit to ensure I was measuring correctly and scheduled at my convenience. The installation team - Brian and Paul showed up on time actually a little early which was fine. They put their protective shoe covers on when they first came in to look at the distance between the front door and the wood burning fireplace being converted. They explained they would go out and retrieve drop cloths and placed them from the entrance all the way to the fireplace and then they would bring in their tools. They gave me an explanation of everything they were doing. Gave me an excellent demonstration on how to use the remote control. Could not be happier with the work performed, and the price paid for the conversion!! Big thank you to the team & WELL DONE!

  I highly recommend this company for your fireplace. Jon came to my house and did a cleaning. He was fantastic and went above & beyond what he needed to do. I will not hesitate to call them again if I need their services. Nice to have someone you can rest assured will do whatever they need to do and not try to con you into doing more than needs to be done.

  Majestic did a wonderful job with our vented FP! The quality of the product and installation were beyond perfection. The FP fits well with the style of architecture in this home! Also love the birch logs and chevron brick backdrop. Will we do it again? Yes! We're a repeat customer!
