They were supposed to come service my mower today and apparently sold their MKE division - over the weekend - and left any MKE customer high and dry without a service plan in place. Now, I need to find someone ELSE to service my mower, which I could have done a week-and-half ago. So much for using a small business. I’d not recommend a business that throws away customers and not continue to provide service to appointments they already had in place.

- RPRobin PetersJul 9, 20251.0After a $700 bill they returned the lawnmower unusable. We looked at the mower before sending it to be fixed and determined what needed to be done. Upon arriving in the shop they recommended additional work which we declined. When they dropped the mower off it didn’t work and we called them immediately. A man came out the other day and told us that the machine needed to go back to the shop for additional work. When I voiced my displeasure he told me to push the machine back in the garage myself. He only did it when I was going to take a picture of the lawnmower left in the driveway. $700 later the lawnmower doesn’t work and they didn’t care. Again, they were called right away to let them know that fact. Extremely poor customer service. Update - Yes we declined adding additional services to our already high bill that (at that time) was not needed. That belt worked until we got the machine back. It was a different belt we needed replaced. Your response online was infinitely kinder than your in person conversation with me.

We don't have a way to transport our snowblower or riding mower to a repair place and Maintenance on the Move came to us. I will use them for every motor we have from now on!
