  Excellent folks at Mainland tool and hands down the most well maintained equipment I’ve rented. Every time I’ve been there the folks are always extremely pleasant and bend over backwards to help me in any way.

  My husband and I visited this location to rent equipment for a job site, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The woman behind the counter was unprofessional and made us feel as though our business was an inconvenience to her. Her demeanor suggested she doubted our ability to afford anything in the store, which was both insulting and uncalled for. We could easily purchase this store 3 or more times over, you never know who your customers are or the value they can bring. Treat everyone with courtesy and respect.
