Had to replace my old tub due to non repairable leak but Alan Miller (Hanover store) made the whole sales experience fun and educational via great in person conversation and dozens of follow up emails. They even took away the old water logged hot tub (very hard to lift, sorry). Just took delivery today and the Lowell crew did a great job placing the new tub on the patio and going over the features, start up and starter kit details with me. Highly recommend buying a hot tub, swim spa, sauna, etc from this company!

I was so happy to meet him in person when we came in a year later. Alan was extremely knowledgeable and instantly calmed our nerves of making this large purchase. He answered all of our questions and gave us additional things to think about and consider with our purchase decision. He was never salesy and we truly felt like he wanted to help Us make the best decision for our family needs. I know that i could reach out now even after we’ve had the tub for a few days with any additional questions. We are only 2 days into enjoying our tub but so far everything is smooth and just as expected. I highly recommend Mainely Tubs and specifically Alan. Thank you!!
