5 stars for Danni and her trainee Liam, who came out and got my new tub clean, up and running! 5 stars for Max, the service manager, who made this happen ASAP. 0 stars for Suze in the call center who was unsympathetic and borderline rude when I tried to explain that my brand new tub had been delivered with dried silicone on the bottom. The delivery team said it would come off immediately upon running the jets for 30 minutes - it did not. Suze told me delivery wasn’t responsible for cleaning tub, and they could send someone out in two weeks to look at it. Given this tub is brand new, and I am a first time hot tub owner, I found this unacceptable. Once my concerns were elevated to her manager, it was resolved ASAP! Moral of the story, do not take no for an answer. The call center rep might not help you, but if you insist, Mainely Tubs will take care of you. Again, Danni and Liam were a pleasure to work with!
From the first initial contact with Mainely Tubs we were highly impressed with their friendly and prompt response to our inquire and many questions. We visited the Framingham showroom to solidify our choice of hot tub and two weeks later it arrived at our home.
They offer white glove service 1-2 weeks after your hot tub arrives so we scheduled it right away. Diego came out and answered my many questions about the salt system and made sure it was up and running perfectly. This experience was easy and enjoyable! Easy process and great customer service. Thank you
Not very good at providing information or follow-up. I’ve owned three hot tubs before but this was my first (and last) time using this company. When I called about a part that went bad due to weather, they couldn’t even find me in their system—and quoted an extremely high price to fix it.
After posting this review, they suddenly called me during work hours—where were they when I was trying to get help before? Only later did I learn the tub should have been winterized, which they never mentioned. Lesson learned—won’t be using this company again.

I had a wonderful experience with Kevin at my home. He was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed my hot tub’s electrical issue, showed me exactly what was wrong, and fixed it efficiently. As a new hot tub owner, I’m still learning all the functions, and Kevin went above and beyond explaining the various features and sharing expert advice on how to properly balance the water. Excellent service from start to finish! Highly recommend!

I bought a tub from the lead salesmen, and then over the weekend I regretted what model I chose and decided I needed to go with a higher level model. I called Saturday and requested for my order to be cancelled so I could go back to the drawing board. However, they told me I needed to call back again on Monday, but on Monday they ignored my calls and tried to wait me out of the 72 hour cancellation period. Ended up having to drive 3 hours round trip to cancel in person. Really bad behavior, I was so excited 🤦🏻♂️
