    Mainely Tubs have been wonderful to us so far. The buying process was easy and efficient. We worked with Matt out of the Bedford, NH showroom and Nick out of the Framingham, MA office (he was in the Danvers showroom when we met him). Both of them shared lots of good info with us and really helped us make our decision. Once we decided on the particular Caldera Hot Tub the communication from Mainely was tremendous. Lots of educational videos and documents to get us ready for our hot tub. The delivery guys were excellent. It was a wet day out when they delivered the hot tub so they had to work extra hard to get the hot tub over our grass and onto the concrete pad but they never complained and always had a good attitude. I was totally impressed with the delivery team. It was very easy to get things up and running. I had a few questions and I called customer service and they easily answered my questions. I'm very impressed with the people I have worked with so far. Thanks Mainely for everything you've done for us - we're loving our new hot tub.

    I bought a pool spa from them about a month ago. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They are very professional and thorough in every aspect ! I have never done business with a better company.

    The tech that came to the house was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained what he thought to be the issue. When the tub continued to have issues shortly after the initial visit, he came right back with no fanfare, got to the cause of the issue, and there hasn’t been any trouble since. On an entirely separate note, after reading a one star review here by Sebastian, (and this doesn’t apply to me as my warranty has expired) I have to say that I fully agree that a diagnostic/travel fee for work required and determined to be under warranty is absurd. My tub lists for 20 grand. If it was brand new and shut down due to faulty components, and I was charged 165 just to look at it, I’d be a bit aggravated too. Probably wouldn’t leave a one star review about it, but I certainly wouldn’t be happy. Food for thought Mainley. Is the 165 that important to you as a company, to be charging your clients that just spent a considerable amount of money on your product only to have it break down due to no fault of their own?

    We had been contemplating purchasing a hot tub for the last couple of years. We made several trips to Mainley Tubs and each time were treated like valued potential customers. Lots of education, patience with our questions and no pressure. When we were finally ready we had no question about where we would purchase our tub. And we love it! Thank you, Matthew Kearns!
