I had my hackles up as I entered the store, but learning they were not commission-based plus employee-owned was a big deal, and so was the time he took to review options and answer questions from a total noob. I made the decision to move forward after feeling comfortable in his expertise and feedback. They also went the extra mile with customer service, having me into the store after-hours due to my tight schedule to do a wet test, then being so booked up with appointments for the initial setup that Nick just came himself. I'll be a repeat customer and frequent referrer.
