  Absolutely wonderful maintenance service, called at work and by the time I got home my AC was fixed and blowing ice cold!

  Highly recommended place to live!! Walking distance to carmel arts and design district, meadowlark park and monon trail. There’s so much thing to do in the area. Andy has been accommodating on all of our requests! Shoutout to Lauren too for helping us with the move in. Well maintained apartments and maintenance staff here are amazing! Work orders are done within a day. Couldn’t ask for better apartment in Carmel.

  Can I just say…Andy is absolutely AMAZING!!!!! The prices for the town homes/apartments are amazing for the location. Downtown Carmel is a treat, and it’s a completely walkable community. I really enjoyed the on site trail access we had, and will always appreciate Andy ❤️ If you’re having second doubts about moving here, don’t! The leasing office is kind, they get problems solved quickly, and they genuinely care about their residents. I didn’t have any major maintenance issues while living there, but I’m sure they would’ve helped if I did. The townhouses are clean, spacious, and cutely designed. Thank you Main Street on the monon!
