  It’s fun and games if everything works. Most of the games were either broken or missing balls to play and some just take my money and can’t play. As for the bowling. They NEED TO REPLACE THEM BOWLING BALLS. All the balls were rough and damage, I can’t believe they still using them. I see workers working on broken machines but they still broken….

  Was just there for a birthday party for my son. While there I got a game card for my daughter to play games while my son was doing party things. Every other game took our money and never worked. She got a few hundred points on some of the games and it never put the points on her card. I went to speak with someone and they said there’s nothing they could do about the points but they would put some money back on the card. Went over to the reader to check and they put nothing on the card. She played a few more games and I went back the speak to them and explain that whatever they did did not work and could the just put some points on the card so she could pick out some toy and we could go home. 50 points, he gave us 50 points out of the at least 300 we had earned. Needless to say my daughter was extremely upset as was I. We spent a lot of money and feel like we just go ripped off and the employees really don’t care.

  From open machines exposing wires and presenting a hazard to children, to machines that don’t work but steal credits. This isn’t a parent friendly experience, it’s a dity noisy chaotic and dangerous place, stay away, don’t come here, save your money. The staff is friendly, that’s a plus, but that’s about it. It’s clear they don’t have enough technicians to keep up with a busy time. The winners choice turns out to be a non-labeled chaotic mess. One again, don’t come here, find another family experience.

  Very disappointing experience with long wait and poor customer service We were waiting over 2 hours for a bowling lane after signing in, even though the employee originally told us the wait time would be only 30 minutes. After 1 hour and 30 minutes, we spoke with the manager, who said it would be just 20 more minutes. I explained that our entire group had come from far away and that we didn’t mind waiting if we had been told the real wait time from the start — but if we knew it would take over 2 hours, we would not have stayed. After waiting the additional 20 minutes, no one called us or gave us any update. When I spoke again to the staff, the employee (a blonde lady)refused to provide her name, and the manager name. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. This was an extremely uncomfortable and disappointing experience for our entire family. We expected better communication and respect for customers’ time.

  We waited over 2 hours for a bowling lane after signing in, even though the employee told us it would only be about 30 minutes. After about an hour and a half, we asked to speak with the manager, and he told us it would be just 20 more minutes. I explained that our family drove a long way to get there and that we didn’t mind waiting — but if they had told us from the beginning it was going to be 2 hours, we would’ve never stayed. We waited the extra 20 minutes, and no one ever called us or updated us. When I tried to speak to the employee and manager again, they refused to give their names, and the employe (a blonde woman) was very rude. Overall, this was a really uncomfortable and disappointing experience for our entire family. We were looking forward to having a fun night, but the lack of honesty and respect for customers’ time completely ruined it.
