Spending over hundred of dollars on entertainment and food with my mother in law and my three kids. Grandma in late 50s and me in my 30s. Obviously not 21. Denied a drink and ordered food for my kids so that it could come out first and have been waiting over 30 mins for kids entrees. Will not be back.

The food quality did not match the price point, with flavors falling short and limited flexibility in menu customization. For example, we were unable to remove certain ingredients from our meals, which impacted our overall satisfaction. Service was inconsistent throughout our visit. Despite requesting napkins multiple times, our server failed to bring them until well into the meal. Additionally, dessert was served prematurely—twice—despite clear instructions to bring it after the main course. This disrupted the flow of our dining experience. We spent over $140 for a party of three, yet ended up leaving much of the food uneaten due to its underwhelming taste. Based on this experience, I would recommend visiting Main Event for its desserts and entertainment offerings rather than its dining. If you're planning to spend time there, consider eating beforehand to avoid disappointment. For those seeking a more satisfying food-and-fun combo, establishments like Dave & Buster’s may offer better value and a more cohesive experience.
- JGJiggy G.5 days ago1.0Lying staff or corporate thieving. My kid had a birthday party here and we purchased a lot of extra cards for everyone each with at least an hour of arcade time. The Host said we could use them anytime we come back as they don't expire. Came back today and now they have all been emptied and cancelled. now the staff said they expire the same day. Wasted so much money on these cards to give the kids a thank you for attending the party and now they're worthless. I'm never going back here. There are other arcades and fun zones to bring your kids. Preferably locations with better corporate moral ethics.
