Have been a few times but this last time was the nail in the coffin for us. We’ve been seated several times in the past and either a server never comes to the table or will take forever, likely not their fault. Games are broken. This last visit I didn’t come across a game that wasn’t broken completely or had something wrong with it, or it wouldn’t take the game card. Too expensive for nothing to work and nothing to eat.

I took 3 of my children yesterday. We had fun but I spent at least 2 hundred dollars. We had the wristbands and all we got to do was bowl one game, gravity ropes 1 time, zero Lazer tag and arcade for a little while within 4 hours. The arcade games are overpriced and half of them either took our credits or were broken in some kind of way. We had to make an appt for 2 hours later for gravity ropes because of a birthday party but nobody was in line. When we came for our appointment, we still had to stand in line for another 30 or 40 minutes. Lazer tag guy stayed on his phone down the hall so we didn't bother. Really a waste of money when you don't get to go to places like this very often. Probably not everybody's experience but was definitely ours.

When i went over the final details of my son's party. The sales manager Christian Legard told me that we would get a 60 count platter of wings as one of our food items. We we only got 29 wings. They should have given up what was told to me.

My daughter was there a couple of weeks ago with the Management and Staff from Smoothie King in Houma. Her purse was stolen and inside her purse was her camera for school. No one wanted to run the cameras back to check and no one called her back to say they checked the cameras. I call numerous of times after and no answer. So I guess she just has to suck it up. I don't believe we will be choosing to visit your establishment as long as there are thieves running around and the staff gives no one reassurance that it is safe. Sign, One angry mother

Service was subpar to say the least however the most disgusting and disrespectful part is when one of their employees went on Instagram under the username KRELL (KATRELLDIORHILTON) and publicly threatened and harassed some of my guest! I'm guessing by his comments, rejection ignited his low self-esteem 🤔. So, basically spent almost 2 grand for some undercooked pizza 🤢, overcooked beef sliders with 1 bun because the other bun stuck to the warming pan 🫤, didn't receive "unlimited drinks" because the unhostly hostess said "our pitcher broke so we have to bring'em separate"...saywhatnah 🤨. The hostess was so bad I had to inquire if she was new only to learn "no, she's been here". OMG 🤯. Bless her heart, sweet but walked around in circles as if she was clueless regarding what to do next. She told me she was going to sign us up for the next activities however that proved untrue, I ended up signing up my group....perhaps she's just used to hosting kids bday parties 🤷🏾‍♀️. Long story short, I spent nearly $1800 for the worst un-hosted event ever, disgusting food, and dehydration 🥺, and this was after the 20% discount. Almost $1800 after the discount should let you know I was willing to spend whatever for a great experience but unfortunately I got the exact OPPOSITE 😡. Oh, I forgot to mention we came in from another state to have this event so we could reunite and have fun with family and friends without having anyone worry about hosting or cooking. However, I basically paid to be my own host accompanied by disgusting food, ending with A low self-esteemed employee KATRELL antagonizing my guest over social media 😖. WOW Thankful my guests enjoyed eachother! 09/11/25 --After the scripted response, I completed the form as suggested. Let's just say, I'm still awaiting contact from anyone in management 🤔.
