- SRShannon Robbins4 days ago1.0Very disappointing,we had our Granddaughters 7th birthday here... started off great until we got to our table only half our food came out then after about 40 mins the other half came out by that time out table time was about over so we had to hurry up and do cake and presents and box up our food ....our server didn't even bring us silverware for our cake I had to go find her to ask for spending over 500.00 dollars you would like the party would of been smooth but turned out to be a stressing disaster

The Positives Were Truly Positive: First, the good stuff, because it's important. The arcade, laser tag, and bowling facilities are fantastic. Our son had an absolute blast, which was our main goal. More importantly, every single staff member we encountered was wonderful. Our waitress, in particular, was so kind and went above and beyond to make my son feel special on his birthday, even bringing him a special dessert presentation. The honey sriracha boneless wings were also quite tasty. The Negatives Were Severe: Unfortunately, the food and drink quality was deeply concerning and has left us feeling unwell. We ordered a variety of items, and several were problematic: · The Sliders: The meat had a very off-putting texture and an unusual taste that made us think it might have been old. We both ended up feeling very ill a few hours later, I immediately became sick and we had to leave. · The Cheesy Bread: It had the distinct, dry, and frost-bitten taste of being freezer-burned. · The Ice Cream: My son's ice cream had a strange aftertaste that was not normal. He didn't want to finish it, and it reinforced our concern about product freshness. · The Frozen Margaritas: I had two frozen margaritas. The liquor used had a strong, metallic aftertaste that is still lingering the morning after. I rarely get sick from food, but I am still feeling queasy this morning, which confirms my suspicions about the quality of what we consumed. Conclusion: It truly pains me to leave this rating because the staff and activities are top-notch. However, serving food that makes customers sick, specifically me and my husband, is a serious issue that overshadows everything else. We really wanted to love this place, but until they make significant improvements to their kitchen's food safety and quality control, we cannot in good conscience recommend eating here. We might return for the games alone, but we will absolutely be eating elsewhere.
- SESese EstrellaSep 22, 20252.0Staff and security was highly rude. They threatened to kick us out and all of my friends were confused. My friends said no one noticed a difference in my behavior or anyone's behavior that night after drinking. We were all socializing and having a good time, we were eating and gonna play laser tag. I came back from the restroom and a security guard pulled me aside and I was once again, highly confused. I asked my friends what the problem was and they couldn't figure it out. We were told we had to leave within 30 minutes. We suspect racial motivation or something because this was highly unprofessional. Apparently one of the bartenders was the source of the complaint, though I wish I caught her name so I could report her. I will NEVER be coming here again. It's sad that my experience is singled out though, and no one else will see the unjust in this place. I hope they go out of business.
