  What a great company! They installed our water heater. Very professional and thorough—by the book. They also fixed the drain in our kitchen and made sure our washing machine drain line was not clogged. But here’s the best part: they do plumbing AND construction! That’s right! AMAZING job doing Sheetrock patchwork in our house. Absolutely impeccable attention to detail. Also fixed a large hole on exterior of house from plumbing work done by another company. Their technicians are TOP-NOTCH: knowledgeable, experienced, and PERSONABLE. And the company is run like CLOCKWORK. Fast and easy quotes. Just send pictures from cell phone. Fair pricing. [You get what you pay for in this world. Better to do it right with MAI VU than to do it wrong with shoddy friend-of-a-friend, ad hoc teams. You will end up paying more in the end when you choose the “budget” option of informal “companies”. MAI VU is the REAL DEAL. Not least, they do painting as well. Our interior wall painting is a joy to behold. Fast, friendly, and PROFESSIONAL. No BS.

  Had Mai Vu plumbing come and install a new toilet that I bought from Home Depot. Honestly Depot set up everything. Mai Vu called to arrange the appt time. They were on time. Carlos the plumber came in and knocked out the job within an hour. Carlos was very professional and friendly. He cleaned up after himself and hauled off all the trash and the old toilet. I have never heard of Mai Vu plumbing before this install but I now have them in my address book. If I should ever need a plumber in the future, Mai Vu is who I will call. They are a first class company in my book. Thank you Carlos and Mai Vu plumbing.

  Way too expensive. Figure out how to install your own water heater. If I wasn't an old man I would of installed it myself. Water heater from Hone Depot was $875. Mai Vu Charged over 2k to do a two hour install. Install was arranged though Home depot. Would of shopped around but wife was nagging me to get hot water ASAP.

  Mai Vu Plumbing was excellent! Our house was having water pressure issues. Another company came out to look at our house and gave us a concerning diagnosis and cost—Mai Vu Plumbing came to give a second opinion, had a much more thorough diagnosis, and replaced the water softener within 48 hours of contacting them which ultimately fixed the issue! They were friendly, professional, and made us feel prioritized/valued. 100% would recommend their team!

  Dominic did an excellent job updating our water heaters to code as directed by the City of Live Oak. Dominic was so courteous, such a friendly person. Dominic changed our electrical plugs and installed two quick disconnects. Very neat work. He explained his work and also gave us pointers on other plumbing electrical information. Dominic took pictures and sent them up to his boss. Surprisingly the City of Live Oak said security straps had to be installed also. The Mai Vu owner had Dominic come and install the straps free of charge. The next day the City of Live Oak inspector checked the work and we passed immediately, thanks to Mai Vu plumbing. Dominic should be commended for his technical expertise, knowledge, and excellent customer service. My wife and I highly recommend Mai Vu plumbing to anyone who needs reliable plumbing services. Thank you Dominic and thank you Mai Vu Plumbing.
