  We went in and Alyssa helped us. We ended up with flower that just wasn't right for us. We went back and Alyssa helped us find something better. Everyone was kind but Alyssa was extremely helpful.

  Always a great time to shop at magnolia road! Alyssa in particular today was super helpful, knowledgeable, and nice! I love going in a store and knowing the staff is gonna set me up for success given my limited experience with legal cannabis!🙏

  Been going here for 5 months straight some skinny girl with bangs from the end side rejected my id because it was digital , I have never had that problem ever so idk what was her problem , they just lost a good customer it looks like . I don't recommend coming here at all

  Love the great prices! Before I go on I know "you get what you pay for" However my husband has been in there a couple times while in boulder purchased 9 $8 cart (3 each time) and each time one of them of been either completely shattered in the package or just dont work (something with the coil wires) and we dont realize it until we've made it home. I know we should check them immediately but we got kids in the car or have other stops to make.. anyways im just gonna say we're typically really chill and just let it roll off it's only $8 lalala but it's been 3 times guys come on now! Also it's like pulling teeth just to get my husband to go into a dispensary let alone to try to get him to return something 🙃

  This 5-star review is specifically for Jadin who helped me and my girlfriend tonight for her first time meeting us. For once, we didn’t feel rushed and felt comfortable like we used to all the time while coming here (been customers for 6+ years) Just wanted to say thank you for being a kind human and taking the time to connect with us and have a conversation instead of just honestly, lowkey pushing us out as we’ve experienced with others at Magnolia and gotten used to. It’s not the proper service experience to just come in, be quiet and make a quick decision and leave instead of enjoying the interaction. She did amazing with the customer service aspect of the job and not just the transaction part of finding what we’re looking for - especially with me being on the spectrum it’s important to help me be able to be confident in what I’m paying for. Great job gauging the customer, and nobody else had customers except for one register even if there was people waiting in the lobby so if someone else was needing to take care of the next person they could have. Overall she made us feel seen and appreciated instead of rushed and that’s what it’s all about !
