It was a nice, quiet, and peaceful one night stay. About 15 miles off the interstate. Well worth the short drive to enjoy the peacefulness.

There is a small fee to get in. I have an annual pass so I don't remember the price but it is very small, around $2-$4. The campgrounds were very nice and in the trees. They had electric and water. A river went thru it and it had tubing. I also saw kayaks or canoes also but I don't know the cost. When I was there in September, they were closed. They had several campgrounds spaced around the area and a section for tents. We didn't see any trails but the campground and road was good for walking or biking.

Very disappointed drove over and hour to tube. Since it was finally pretty weather and a good water level. Only to find out once when get there that they decided to stop to tubing on weekdays. But it is not posted anywhere to inform anyone of that change.
