- AAAdamOct 7, 20251.0Haven’t even lived here for 2 years and the house already has termites. Because the “new build” got treatment 1 year before we moved in the warranty for this isn’t being covered. How the heck does a warranty start on something that I haven’t even bought of lived in

Many times no response to several attempts to have scheduled, all work promised to get done by Nicole. They promise repairs and don’t deliver. Would never buy another starlight home. DO NOT trust this company!

You'll have to fix your own issue's. They change people bc they are liars and don't want to warranty anything. They'll just smile and laugh right at you. They do not care and forget about trying to contact corporate. Then 210 is also a joke to deal with as well they don't want to warranty anything.

I recommend this builder to anyone wanting a great quality builder and an amazing caring passionate team. Nicole Garcia who is a customer experience specialist is absolutely amazing. She has outstanding follow up skills and truly cares about us the homeowner and making sure all our concerns are addressed and better yet, fixed. She keeps us informed every step of the way. A warranty on a new home is so important and we continue to praise Starlight Homes.
