  I love Maeva! The office ladies (Sydney & Nathalie) are wonderful & kind. Additionally, Fernando always responds to maintenance requests quickly. He is kind, observant, and never keeps us waiting!

  The only issue im having is the pool being closed at 7 pm . I love to use the grill . I dont get home till 6 pm on . Sometimes in the week. I only get to use the pool if I coukd make it for 15 to 25 mins or never. This is the only community I been in that the pool closes this early The pool is one of the reasons why I moved here. Its a nice place e to live in . Just because 1 or 2 people mess it up doesn't mean that the rest if the people that live here have to suffer . Is there anyone higher up I could talk to about this problem . Oh and also the pool maintenance needs to improve. The hot tub especially.

  The move in was so easy and smooth thanks to Natalie she made everything so smooth amd easy she is such a love bug and very polite we had a problem with our old leasing office and communicating so it was very important that the place we moved into had a team that was respectful and easy to talk to and actually resolve the problem and she made our tour even better she answered the questions with out hesitation and she is very knowledgeable she made us fall in love with the place even more and Sydney was also such a help as well I love the staff they definitely make this place Wht a APARTMENT COMPLEX should feel like and I love how they engage with all of their tenets and hold events as well I would def recommend moving here not only cause the place is beautiful also because the staff is wonderful so again thank u NATALIE AND SYDNEY

  This is the first time writing a google review. My family and I have been living at Maeva for 3 months and it has been great! This was made possible because of the wonderful leasing agent, Sydney! She was extremely helpful and patient given how quickly we needed to be moved in since we came from out of state. Her clear communication from beginning to end made the paperwork very smooth! THANK YOU SYDNEY for your transparent care and friendliness! I highly recommend Sydney when touring Maeva Modern Apartments! Also, shout out to the other ladies in the office, along with the maintenance crew who are always willing to help!
