I had a claim in for some work that was being done to my house and found out that my home insurance was switched to Mae T, as my agent was no longer open. Their office staff, Simon Aye, was very helpful and friendly and ready to assist! They were able to assist with the claim and help with all of my other insurance needs.

Mae was wonderful to work with! She was friendly, welcoming, and very easy to talk to. She explained everything clearly and made the process easy to understand. We really appreciated how patient she was—never rushing us or making us feel pressured to agree to certain coverages. We were able to find highly competitive coverages that were tailored to our needs. Mae was transparent throughout and made sure we felt comfortable with every decision.
