    Management claims they are fixing issues left by the prior management, but in my experience they don’t seem interested in actually resolving anything. The office’s usual response is, “there’s nothing I can do,” often delivered with a dismissive tone even though before signing the lease they advertised many services as part of the contract. One major issue has been the garage doors, which have been broken for weeks. Not surprisingly, someone was able to get in and steal belongings from what was supposed to be a “secure space.” To make matters worse, the parking lot cameras don’t even work, leaving residents with no real security. Management’s response? That it’s “not their responsibility,” even though maintaining functioning garage doors, cameras, and secure spaces is exactly their responsibility. Another concern is the electric parking. It was promised at better rates and even provided at no cost for the first few weeks, but residents were suddenly hit with unreasonably high fees without any prior notice. Once again, the only response was, “there’s nothing we can do.” Even the move-in process was far from smooth, with several issues and details that had to be worked out along the way instead of being handled upfront. Overall, it feels like management says one thing to get you to sign the lease, but delivers something completely different once you move in. If you’re considering renting here, be cautious don’t rely on the promises made before signing, because once you do, the support and accountability quickly disappear.
