I hadn’t worn jeans in months, but with the weather getting cooler I knew I needed something comfortable to get me through fall. I worked with Caitlin D., and she was absolutely wonderful! Not only did she help me find the jeans I came in for, but she also pulled several other pieces I never would have thought to try — and they ended up being bump-friendly at 8 months pregnant. She made the whole experience fun, uplifting, and so easy. I left the store feeling excited to wear my new clothes instead of discouraged, which says everything about the experience she created. A huge thank you to Caitlin for making shopping such a positive experience during this stage of life!

I was happily greeted when I walked in but as soon as I said I have a return, the workers face went flat and she was not very kind. When I said I didn't wanna browse and that I'm just returning, she sighed. Please just let customers do returns, it's a part of retail.

When I placed the order, the website estimated shipping on June 12th, plenty of time. Nothing arrived over the Father's day weekend. Checked on June 23rd - order is waitlisted. Called customer service and asked when this might arrive - apparently it just might get shipped on July 12th. But only if the stars align and gods smile upon me. Cancelled the whole thing, now have to spend more time finding a wallet replacement. This was the first and the last time I am shopping with Madewell.
