  While walking around the area today after seeing a doctor, we went inside to this store so my wife could shop for pants. She tried on a pair but the fit was not quite right. Maybe we will try again another day.

  Came to return an item from an online order. Didn’t have the original card which is understandable, but they would not even offer store credit. Horrible customer service and the manager was beyond rude. Clothing quality has went downhill as well.

  Love madewell in general. A plus that the store associates at this location were very nice

  Their staff’s attitude doesn’t even worth one star. I usually buy at different branches and that’s what I must have done.
