The manager, Shannon, is super helpful and solved my issue promptly and professionally! I had ordered some jeans on Black Friday that didn’t work out for me, (side note: please open a madewell man here in SD) and Shannon said to come in and she’ll see what she can do. She solved the problem and I got the pair I wanted that was sold out on Black Friday!
