- FSFia SerjivnaMay 26, 20251.0This is a review for Madewell's free alterations services. I absolutely love Madewell clothes and the people who work there. I always had great experience at all locations in LA and the valley. However, when I needed my pants to be hemmed their tailor did a horrible job. He made it in a way that's uneven, crinkled and one pant leg being shorter than the other. I'm very disappointed that a nice pair of pants is now ruined. If I knew, I would bring them to a seamstress I usually go to.
