  Just went in to make some returns. Lady at the front desk w salt and pepper hair was unreasonably rude to me. Thought o was lying ab not wearing the items. In reality it doesn’t matter. There was absolutely no reason for her to treat me that way. I don’t know if she just hates her job so much she takes it out on customers, it was ridiculous.

  I had a nice lady help me with fittings and recommendations. I love the style and the casual vibe of all their clothes. I love the denim jeans- i got one that was flattering and trendy— cant find the same in other brands. Thats why this is my go to place for denim. Got an oversized/ boxy cropped cashmere top and it looks so cute on me. I love my purchases. Minus one star for the price tag. If you are a teacher, first responder or a nurse- ask for discount at checkount. Youre welcome.

  It was my first time shopping at a madewell the other day when I was looking for jeans and one of the associates went above and beyond about explaining how the different styles would fit my body. She looked at them as I tried them on and made more suggestions about sizing and brought me other products. She was amazing and I appreciated her help so much I wish I could remember her name
